He thinks it is a T5C Terramite, but the dates and serial number that he has given me don't match up (he says he was told when he bought it about a year ago, that it was an 1986 model, making it a T5B, but the serial number plate on it says something about being tested in 1988/1989, and the serial number that he gave me was for a machine made.
To order direct from Terramite can be fairly expensive regarding shipping and part cost. We can use this thread to create a parts list for these tractors. Many of the parts on the Terramite can be bought at your local auto supply or lawn mower dealer.

Hydraulic System- DO NOT USE HYDRAULIC OIL!!! ONLY USE MOTOR OIL IN THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. Above 40 degrees use API 15W-40 SF/CC/CD motor oil Below 40 degrees use API 10W SF/CC/CD.
